Job Description

Ysquare is looking for energetic and result-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our Real Estate services, and closing sales over the phone while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales

• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Handle customer objections professionally

• Coordinate with the sales and support team when required

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing (preferred but not mandatory)

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Ability to work under targets and pressure

• Good listening and problem-solving skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, calling software)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Education

• Minimum: High School / Graduate (preferred)
