Job TitleCare Coordinator / Business Development AssociateCompany: Pristyn CareLocation: GurgaonSalary: ₹3.3 Lakh per annumExperience Required: 6 months – 1 yearEducation: Graduation in any disciplineRoles & ResponsibilitiesUnderstand patient profiles and resolve their queries regarding Pristyn Care’s medical and surgical services.Counsel patients about available treatments, doctors, hospitals, and insurance processes.Achieve monthly sales targets by converting patient enquiries into confirmed cases.Provide end-to-end support to patients during their treatment journey (pre-surgery to post-surgery).Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, insurance teams, and internal departments for smooth case handling.Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, follow-ups, and conversions.Be sensitive to patient needs and ensure a positive healthcare experience.Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain services and close cases.Requirements6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, customer support, or healthcare coordination.Strong communication and counselling skills (English + Hindi preferred).Ability to handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.Target-oriented mindset with good negotiation skills.Basic knowledge of CRM tools or call management systems is a plus.Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.About the CompanyPristyn Care is a Series-E funded healthcare startup backed by Sequoia and other global investors.
