ROLE OVERVIEW

You will be our first point of contact with potential clients. Your job is simple: call local businesses from our ready lead list, introduce Vayra Digital Agency, and book interested business owners for a free consultation with our founder. No selling required — just connecting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make 20–25 outbound calls per day from a prepared lead list

• Introduce Vayra Digital Agency and offer a free consultation

• Identify interested business owners and schedule a callback

• Maintain a daily call log report and share it by 8 PM each day

• Follow up with warm leads on scheduled dates

WHO SHOULD APPLY

✅ 12th PASS/ BBA / MBA / B.Com student or recent graduate

✅ Comfortable speaking on the phone in Hindi + basic English

✅ Confident, friendly, and not afraid of rejection

✅ Honest and self-disciplined (work from home requires this)

✅ Looking to earn while learning real-world sales skills

EARNINGS POTENTIAL

₹1,000 per confirmed paying client. If you convert 4–5 clients per month, you earn ₹4,000–₹5,000/month — working just 2–3 hours a day from home.

Top performers may be offered a fixed stipend + commission model after Month 1.
