Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned leads.
Promote and sell credit card products by explaining features, benefits, eligibility, and offers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable credit card options.
Generate leads and convert them into successful applications.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and application status in the CRM system.
Follow up with interested customers to complete the sales process.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and productivity targets.
Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and issue resolution
