Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch personal loan products
Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly
Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain proper call records and sales data
Follow up with interested customers to close sales
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
At least 6 months of experience in Telecalling / Tele Sales / Customer Care
Experience in loan or BFSI sales will be an advantage
