Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly to drive customer interest.
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales updates in the system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Follow company sales scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills in English during all interactions.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve performance.
