Role Summary:
The Teleseller Executive will be responsible for generating sales through telephonic interactions, building customer relationships, and supporting the internal sales process for manufacturing products.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate (BA / B.Com)
Experience: 0.6–4 years in tele sales or inside sales
Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial sales is mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential and existing customers via phone
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Prepare and follow up on quotations
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery
Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Support the field sales team when required
Required Skills:
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to persuade and close deals over the phone
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
Organized, proactive, and result-driven approach
