Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential donors, volunteers, and supporters.
Explain the NGO’s mission, ongoing projects, and impact clearly and convincingly.
Generate donations, memberships, or participation through phone conversations.
Maintain accurate records of calls, donor information, and feedback.
Follow up with interested individuals and build long-term relationships.
Handle inbound queries professionally and provide relevant information.
Meet daily/weekly calling and fundraising targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or fundraising is a plus.
Excellent communication skills
Persuasive and confident speaking ability.
Basic computer knowledge
Strong listening skills and a positive attitude.
