📋 Job Summary We are hiring energetic and target-driven Telesales Executives for our B2C Sales process. This is a warm lead-based role — no cold calling. You'll be speaking with interested prospects, understanding their needs, and closing sales confidently.

✅ Key Responsibilities • Make outbound calls on pre-assigned warm leads and convert them into sales • Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets • Handle objections effectively and guide customers to a decision • Maintain accurate CRM entries and call dispositions • Manage follow-ups and callbacks proactively • Adhere to quality standards, compliance guidelines & shift discipline

🎯 Eligibility Criteria • Education: HSC (12th Pass) or above • Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years in Telesales / Inside Sales / BPO (Voice) • Strong communication in Hindi / English / Marathi • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

⭐ Preferred Skills • Objection handling & negotiation • Active listening & customer empathy • Basic CRM / MS Office knowledge
