Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Present, promote, and sell products/services over the phone
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems
Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively
Follow up on leads and maintain long-term customer relationships
Provide feedback on customer trends, objections, and competitor activity
Adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or call center sales (preferred)
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Goal-oriented with a positive and resilient attitude
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
