We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Credit Card Sales/Support team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining credit card features, processing applications, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote credit card products.
Explain product features, eligibility criteria, fees, and benefits clearly.
Handle inbound queries related to credit card applications, usage, limits, and offers.
Collect and verify customer details as per company guidelines.
Follow up with customers to complete documentation or application processes.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required Skills:
●Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional languages).
●Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
●Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
●Ability to handle customer objections calmly and professionally.
●Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10th pass; graduates preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, banking, or credit card sales is an added advantage.
