Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Personal Loan Sales Executive to generate quality business, acquire new customers, and achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets. The role requires strong communication, customer handling, follow-up, and conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Personal Loan leads through calling, references, digital leads, and open-market sourcing.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

• Explain loan eligibility, documentation, process, and repayment terms clearly.

• Convert leads into applications and ensure timely document collection.

• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Banking/NBFC teams for smooth processing and disbursement.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure maximum conversion.

• Achieve assigned monthly login, business, and disbursement targets.

• Maintain accurate daily MIS and update all lead/customer details.

• Ensure complete adherence to company policies, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.

• Build strong customer and channel-partner relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate preferred; 12th pass candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.

• 0–3 years of experience in Personal Loan/BFSI/Financial Services Sales preferred.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Good customer-handling and negotiation abilities.

• Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of Personal Loan products and documentation.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
