Job Summary

ICV Assessments Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate business opportunities for ISO Certification Services. The role involves handling client inquiries, making outbound calls, preparing proposals, following up with prospects, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to generate leads and promote ISO certification services.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and agreements.

Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.

Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of certification projects.

Prepare sales reports and ensure timely documentation.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Tele sales and customer follow-up expertise.

CRM management and proposal preparation.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong coordination and relationship management skills.

Qualifications

Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

1 Year to 2 years of experience in Tele Sales, or Business Development (preferred)
