Shift Timings: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on experience) + Uncapped Incentives

Role Summary

Firstvite E Learning is looking for highly motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students and working professionals, helping them choose the right online degree and certificate programs. This is a target-driven role where your performance directly impacts your monthly take-home pay through our rewarding incentive structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Dialing a high volume of leads daily to introduce Firstvite’s e-learning and distance education programs.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales/enrollment targets.

• Consultative Selling: Understanding student needs and career goals to suggest the most suitable academic programs.

• Lead Management: Effectively managing and updating the CRM database with call logs, follow-up dates, and lead status.

• Closing Sales: Handling objections professionally and guiding prospects through the entire enrollment and payment process.

• Follow-ups: Rigorous follow-up with "warm" leads to maximize conversion rates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: 12th Pass (Minimum); Graduates are preferred.

• Experience: 0–1 years in Telesales, Telecalling, or Customer Support (Freshers with great communication are welcome).

• Language: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; basic to intermediate proficiency in English is a plus.

• Skills: Strong convincing power, active listening, and the ability to handle sales pressure.
