Position: Personal Loan Sales Executive

Industry: NBFC / Banking / Fintech

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new customers for personal loans.

- Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.

- Assist customers with the loan application process and document collection.

- Verify KYC and other required documents.

- Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for quick loan processing.

- Update customer records in CRM and prepare daily sales reports.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Personal Loan Sales, Banking, NBFC, or Fintech.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Knowledge of personal loan products and sales techniques.

- Basic understanding of KYC, CIBIL, RBI guidelines, and banking processes.

- Ability to work under sales targets.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM).
