We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company products/services and generate interest
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain records of calls and customer details
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic understanding of sales process
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Basic computer knowledge
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in telesales/telecalling (optional for freshers)
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
