📢 Hiring: Telesales Executive (Personal Loan & Overdraft)

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Telesales Executives to sell Personal Loans and Overdraft Facilities to potential customers. If you have good communication skills and want to grow in the financial sales industry, this opportunity is for you.

💰 Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
🎓 Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass
🕒 Experience: 0 – 1 Year (Freshers can apply)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers and explain Personal Loan & Overdraft products.

• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan offers.

• Maintain and update customer data in CRM, spreadsheets, and systems.

• Follow up with interested customers until loan disbursement.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information.

🔹 Job Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).

• 0–1 year experience in telesales / loan sales (Freshers welcome).

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM handling).

• Target-oriented mindset.

• Ability to handle objections and close deals.
