Job Title: Tele Sales

Job Location: Tin Factory

Salary: 17k to 24k take Home & CTC more than that + Incentive 10k to 20k / Month

Languages Required: English & Hindi

6 working days & 1 rotational week off

About Company:

An Instant Personal Loan platform for self-employed and salaried professionals, where they can apply for a Personal Loan starting from 3,000 up to 5 Lakhs as per their requirement. It is an online platform facilitating loan transactions between banks/NBFCs and borrowrs. The personal loan interest rates available through the platform starts from 12.25% p.a. for loan amounts of up to Rs 4 lakh and for tenures of up to 2 years. The RBI has approved and certified as a non-banking financial institution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

• Handle customer objections and give proper responses

• Convince customers and close sales over the phone

• Maintain a professional and polite communication style

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Follow up with interested customers for conversion
