Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers / Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, customer-handling ability, and prior experience in telecalling or telesales.

Work Location

• Mahadevpura

Work Schedule

• 6 days working

• 1 weekly off

Salary & Benefits

• In-hand salary: ₹17,000 – ₹24,000

• CTC: Up to ₹28,000

• Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 (performance-based)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Explain products/services clearly and confidently

• Generate leads and close sales targets

• Maintain customer follow-ups and build relationships

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months experience in telecalling / telesales

• Languages mandatory: English & Hindi (fluency required]

• Ability to work with targets and under pressure
