Job Summary

DGIN SOLUTION is looking for a confident and target-driven Telesales Executive to generate leads, convert inquiries into sales, and maintain strong customer relationships through phone-based communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote CCTV & security solutions

• Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide product information

• Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers

• Generate and follow up on leads to close sales

• Maintain daily call reports and update CRM records

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with sales & technical teams for order execution

• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales or telecalling (freshers may apply)

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Ability to work with sales targets

• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in CCTV, security systems, or electronics sales

• Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented

• Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
