About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who have good communication skills and a passion for sales and counselling.

Responsibilities:

  • Students ko courses ke baare mein call/online counselling ke through guide karna

  • Leads ko handle karna aur admissions convert karna

  • Student requirements samajhna aur best course suggest karna

  • Daily follow-ups aur sales targets achieve karna

  • CRM mein student details update karna

  • Walk-ins aur inbound/outbound calls handle karna

  • Team ke saath coordinate karke enrollment process smooth banana

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year ka experience in sales/academic counseling

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

  • Convincing power aur sales mindset

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Target-oriented attitude
