About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who have good communication skills and a passion for sales and counselling.
Responsibilities:
Students ko courses ke baare mein call/online counselling ke through guide karna
Leads ko handle karna aur admissions convert karna
Student requirements samajhna aur best course suggest karna
Daily follow-ups aur sales targets achieve karna
CRM mein student details update karna
Walk-ins aur inbound/outbound calls handle karna
Team ke saath coordinate karke enrollment process smooth banana
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year ka experience in sales/academic counseling
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Convincing power aur sales mindset
Basic computer knowledge
Target-oriented attitude
