Job Role: Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell company products.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or products.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance metrics.

• Maintain and update a database of customer interactions and sales progress.

• Handle customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and address objections effectively.

• Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into sales.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing customer engagement.

• Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of telesales or customer service experience, preferably in the electronics industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Basic knowledge of electronics products is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM software or databases is preferred.

• Proficiency in English and [add regional language, if applicable].
