We are looking for a Telesales Executive to sell health insurance products to domestic customers over the phone. The role involves inbound calling, understanding customer needs, explaining insurance plans, and closing sales while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.
Handle inbound leads to promote health insurance products
Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and pricing clearly to customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans
Follow up with interested customers to close sales
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems
Meet monthly sales targets
Ensure compliance with IRDA / company guidelines during sales
Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally
Education: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)
Experience: Fresher or 0–2 years in telesales / insurance sales preferred
