Job Title: Personal Loan & Overdraft Executive

Job Description:
RupeeQ is looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our Personal Loan & Overdraft team. The role involves assisting customers with personal loan and overdraft products, explaining eligibility criteria, collecting required documents, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring smooth loan processing from application to disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and handle customer leads for personal loans and overdraft products.
Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms.
Collect and verify customer documents.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approval.
Follow up with customers until loan disbursement.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and service targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Graduate or undergraduate (as per company policy).
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Sales or financial services experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Days:
6 days a week
