Job Summary:

Bharti AXA Life Insurance is hiring Telesales Executives for the NRI Process. The role involves assisting Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers by explaining life insurance policy details and guiding them through investment-related queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for NRI customers.

• Clearly explain life insurance policy features, benefits, and documentation requirements.

• Assist customers in understanding investment options and procedures.

• Provide accurate and timely information regarding policies.

• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests.

• Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates only.

• Smart, well-presented, and professional appearance.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).

• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Prior experience in customer service or insurance (preferred but not mandatory).
