Job Summary:
Bharti AXA Life Insurance is hiring Telesales Executives for the NRI Process. The role involves assisting Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers by explaining life insurance policy details and guiding them through investment-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for NRI customers.
Clearly explain life insurance policy features, benefits, and documentation requirements.
Assist customers in understanding investment options and procedures.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding policies.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests.
Deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining professionalism.
Eligibility Criteria:
Female candidates only.
Smart, well-presented, and professional appearance.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in customer service or insurance (preferred but not mandatory).
