• Greetings from Smart Call Centre Solutions Pvt. Ltd. We are an International BPO Cum IT Company. We have an urgent requirement FOR FRESHERS as well as EXPERIENCED (Experienced candidates MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN INTERNATIONAL BPO VOICE ) With good Communication Skill In English for our International Voice Process.

Positions we are hiring for - Customer Care Executive(fresher & Experience both will be eligiable)

SR.CCE(Someone who knows how to close calls for outbound International sales )

Team Leaders(Someone who has hands- on experience in handling team in international process)

FRESHERS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ROLE.

 FULL TIME NIGHT SHIFT – 9:30pm to 6:30am / 10pm to 7am (CCE / SR. CCE /TL/CS/SR.CS)

PART TIME -5:30pm to 9:45 pm

Eligibility –

1.  Ability to Speak In English Fluently (Mandatory)

2. Education Minimum 12 Pass and Above

3. Age Limit 18 to 45 Yrs

4. Desired Candidate Profile: • Excellent Communication Skill • Willing to Work on Fixed Night Shift for US shift • Handling Inbound/Outbound Calls effectively.
