We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Zillions Freight Private Limited. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls for leads & pitch products or services.
Record call notes, update customer information, and track active pipelines in the company database.
Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to facilitate smooth operations.
Answer product questions, resolve minor complaints, and coordinate follow-up communications.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
