Loan Sales Executive
Location: Lajpat Nagar, Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: 30% hike on current salary
Training Period
1 week training period
Training period will be unpaid
Candidates will be expected to complete the training successfully before proceeding further.
Target
Target: ₹10 LPA business
Candidates should be comfortable with target-based sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and acquire new customers for loan products.
Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful applications.
Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements
Prior experience in Loan Sales / Banking / Financial Services / Sales preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups effectively.
Candidates comfortable with field/target-based sales are preferred.
