Hiring for Phone Banking Officer – Axis BPO Process (Inbound + Cross Selling)

Location: Sector 127, Noida

Work Mode: Work From Office

Eligibility:

• Graduates – Freshers can apply

• Undergraduates with 6–9 months of relevant experience can apply

• Age: Up to 30 years

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Job Role:

Handle inbound customer calls, resolve banking-related queries, promote and cross-sell banking products and services, build strong customer relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving performance targets.

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹17,500 per month

• Experienced: ₹18,500 per month

• Attractive performance-based incentives

Work Schedule:

• 6 Days Working

• Rotational Week Off

• Day Shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
