We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive who will contact drivers and convince them to take company cars on rent for driving with platforms like cab or commercial services. The role involves explaining rental plans, benefits, and onboarding drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Call drivers from the provided database and generate interest in renting company cars.

2.Explain car rental plans, pricing, and earning potential to drivers.

3.Convince drivers to take cars on rent and join the program.

4.Handle driver queries and objections professionally.

5.Follow up with interested drivers until onboarding is completed.

6.Maintain call records and update lead status in CRM or Excel.

7.Achieve daily/weekly driver acquisition targets.
