Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, following up on leads, and converting prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer objections while working toward daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, offers, and terms clearly.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephone conversations.

• Follow up regularly with interested prospects to convert leads into sales.

• Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM/database.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.

• Upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services when appropriate.

• Coordinate with the sales and customer-support teams when required.

• Maintain professional telephone etiquette and build positive customer relationships.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales and call reports.

• Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred.

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.

• Freshers can apply; previous telesales, telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.

• Candidates should be comfortable making a high volume of customer calls and working with sales targets.
