Teleperformance is hiring Telesales Executives for the Axis Bank process. The role involves contacting customers, promoting Axis Bank products, generating leads, and achieving monthly sales targets through outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Promote Axis Bank products such as Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and other banking products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking solutions.

• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and benefits.

• Generate quality leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Follow up with interested customers until the application process is completed.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM accurately.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure high-quality customer service and compliance with bank policies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate.

• Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.

• Experience in Telesales, Banking, BPO, Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Insurance, or Telecalling is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
