Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospects, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Roles and responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's products/services.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
Follow up with potential clients and schedule meetings, demos, and appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer information.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
