Job Description

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telesales Cum Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will handle leads generated through Facebook & Instagram, explain our Forex trading courses, counsel interested candidates, and convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with leads from Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

• Explain Forex courses, benefits, fees, and course structure.

• Counsel leads and handle their questions/objections.

• Convert interested leads into paid enrollments.

• Maintain lead records and regular follow-ups.

• Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in Telecalling, Counselling or Sales.

• Good communication skills in Gujarati & Hindi.

• Confident, energetic and persuasive personality.

• Strong target-achievement mindset.

• Basic computer, WhatsApp & Excel/CRM knowledge.

• Forex/Finance knowledge is an advantage; training will be provided.
