We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to promote Tata Capital's financial products over the phone. The role involves contacting prospective customers, generating leads, explaining product features, and converting inquiries into successful sales while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Promote Tata Capital products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Consumer Durable Loans, Auto Loans, or other financial products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

• Follow up with interested customers until loan disbursement.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth processing.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 6 months to 3 years in Telesales, Telecalling, Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Credit Card, Personal Loan, Business Loan, or Customer Service.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

• Good verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer handling abilities.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 6 years of experience.
