Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate business through outbound calls, follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers. Leads will primarily be generated through the company's Meta/online marketing campaigns, so the candidate will focus on calling, qualification, follow-up and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

· Contact leads received through Meta and other digital marketing campaigns.

· Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their requirements.

· Explain the company's retail interior design, furniture and related solutions.

· Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, location and project timeline.

· Schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales/Business Development Team.

· Follow up regularly with interested and prospective customers.

· Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups and lead status.

· Update lead information in CRM/Excel on a daily basis.

· Coordinate with the Sales Team for qualified and high-potential leads.

· Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.

· Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.

· Reconnect with old and pending leads to generate additional opportunities.

· Track follow-up commitments and ensure timely communication with prospects.

· Maintain a professional and positive approach during every customer interaction.

Required Skills

· Excellent communication and convincing skills.

· Good Hindi and English communication; knowledge of Marathi is an advantage.

· Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

· Strong follow-up and lead conversion skills.

· Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.

· Good listening and objection-handling skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and WhatsApp Business.

· Ability to maintain accurate lead records.

· Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-based environment.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• It is a Full Time టెలిసెల్స్ / టెలిమార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
