The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Outbound Calls: Engage with prospective clients to introduce and promote the company’s products or services.

  • Inbound Calls: Respond to customer queries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.

  • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
    

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
