Job Description – Telecollection Executive (Kannada & Malayalam)
Job Location: Chennai

Position

Telecollection Executive

Languages Required

Kannada
Malayalam

Key Responsibilities

Contact customers regarding pending payments and collections.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Negotiate payment commitments and follow up on overdue accounts.
Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned team when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Eligibility

Any Degree
Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
Male & Female candidates are eligible.
Fluency in Kannada or Malayalam is mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

Shift Timing

🕒 09:30 AM – 07:00 PM

Week Off: Fixed & Rotational
