Job Description – NGO Telecaller / Client Relationship Associate

Position: Telecaller / Client Relationship Associate (CRA)
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Job Summary

Smile India Trust is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers / Client Relationship Associates to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing donors, explaining the organization’s initiatives, and supporting fundraising activities through telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors.

• Explain the NGO's programs, initiatives, and social causes.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with donors.

• Follow up with prospective donors and maintain call records.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Maintain accurate customer/donor information in the system.

• Handle queries professionally and provide appropriate information.

• Coordinate with the team to achieve fundraising objectives.

Eligibility & Skills

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable communicating over the phone.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives

• Location: Noida

• Work from Office
