Job Overview

Shaadi.com is looking for experienced and target-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our team in Koramangala, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to convert leads into successful subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle 200–250 outbound calls per day to prospective customers.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable subscription packages.

• Explain different packages, features, pricing, and benefits to customers.

• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales is mandatory.

• Kannada-speaking candidates only – Kannada should be the candidate's mother tongue.

• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with high-volume calling and sales targets.

• Willingness to work on Saturday & Sunday.

• Rotational week off.

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: ₹24,000 per month

• Take-Home: ₹20,000 per month

• Performance Incentives: ₹12,000 – ₹40,000

• Incentives are based on target achievement and individual performance.

Ideal Candidate: A motivated Tele Sales professional who is comfortable with high-volume calling and has a proven ability to convert leads into sales.
