We are looking for a Tele sales Executive to join our team at Scaller. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective customers via outbound calls, WhatsApp, or CRM dialers from marketing-generated databases.

• Product Pitching: Explain personal loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms clearly.

• Objection Handling: Address customer concerns regarding documentation, processing fees, and loan tenure.

• Application Processing: Guide clients through the initial KYC, document collection, and credit bureau check basics.

• Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly call volume, login, and disbursal targets.

• Data Management: Accurately log call statuses, customer feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM software.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 4 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
