About the Role:

Siddhii Professionalss – A Pioneer in CMA coaching with over 15+ years of excellence – is looking for a Academic counsellor to lead admissions and branch operations at our different Branches

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented candidate to guide students and parents on professional courses, manage admissions, and ensure smooth branch operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a target-driven approach, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Counselling & Admissions

• Cold Calling database and generate walk-ins through effective communication

• Support seminars, marketing activities, and ensure student engagement & satisfaction

• Counsell students and parents on professional courses and career opportunities

• Guide students on course & Fees structure, eligibility, and program benefits

• Achieve monthly admission targets via calls, walk-ins, and referrals

• Maintain regular follow-ups and convert enquiries into admissions

• Update and manage enquiry and student database with accurate records

• Track Hot leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and share daily reports with Head Office

• Coordinate with faculty and manage schedules, batch timings, and classroom readiness

• Handle fee collection, issue receipts, and maintain proper documentation

Candidate Profile:

· Graduate / Postgraduate (Commerce / Management preferred)

· 0–2 years of experience in student counselling, sales, or centre management (education sector preferred)

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

· Strong coordination and leadership ability

· Proficiency in MS Office / Excel / CRM tools
