Post : Loan Officer

Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 + Incentives

Job Time : 10:00 Am to 7:00 Pm + Sunday Off

Job Location: Noida Sec 2

Qualification: 12th Pass / UG / Any Graduate

Experience: Fresher to 2 years in sales (BFSI preferred but not mandatory)

Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to promote and sell financial products including Personal Loans, Car Loans, and Credit Cards. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who want to build a career in sales and financial services. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer focused approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through calls and leads provided.

• Explain product features, benefits, ROI, EMI structure, and eligibility criteria.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable financial products.

• Follow up with leads regularly to convert them into successful sales.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales updates.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approvals.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
