Real Estate Telesales Executive — Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated Real Estate Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining available projects, and converting leads into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential real estate customers.

• Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing and other sources.

• Understand customers’ budget, location and property requirements.

• Explain property/project details, pricing and available options.

• Generate and schedule site visits.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

• Update lead details and call status in CRM/records.

• Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Build good relationships with potential buyers.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Basic knowledge of real estate/property sales.

• Hindi and English communication skills preferred.

• Previous telesales, telecalling or real estate experience is an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
