Key Responsibilities:
• Make a minimum of 250 outbound calls daily to prospective customers.
• Ensure at least 70 connected calls per day.
• Generate and qualify home loan leads for Central Bank of India.
• Schedule and coordinate customer appointments for the sales team.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers for document collection and process completion.
• Achieve monthly login target of 5 cases.
• Support the team in achieving monthly disbursement target of ₹1 Crore.
Working Hours:
• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday / As per company policy)
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home loan sales / telecalling.
• Age between 23 to 35 years.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of home loan products and documentation process.
