Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Salary: 3 - 4.2 LPA + Lucrative Incentives

Qualification: 12th pass or Graduate

Job Summary:

Policybazaar is looking for highly motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team in Gurugram. This role involves handling international sales for our insurance products and services. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling insurance products.

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

- Provide detailed information about our products and services.

- Assist customers in making informed decisions about their insurance needs.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Experience: 0-5 years in sales.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Working Conditions:

6-day working week and 1 rotational roaster off.

Requirements:-

• Fluency in one or more Indian vernacular languages

• Strong sales and communication skills

• Basic computer literacy

• Knowledge of insurance products (preferred)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
