Job Description – Telesales Executive
Make outbound calls to potential business clients to introduce MasonMart’s services
Explain the value proposition and generate interest among prospects
Identify customer needs and pitch relevant solutions
Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups or meetings
Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities
Build and manage relationships with potential and existing clients
Maintain records of calls, leads, and activities in CRM or tracking sheets
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads
Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
Handle objections confidently and close opportunities over calls
