🚀 URGENT HIRING – Presales Executive

🏢 Company: Maxemo Capital (NBFC)

📍 Location: Noida Sector 3, Near Noida Sector 16 Metro

💼 Role: Presales Executive – Business Loan / Supply Chain Finance

👥 Openings: 15

💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

🕘 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

☕ Lunch Break: 1 Hour

Job Responsibilities

Make daily cold calls using cold data to generate leads.

Pitch Business Loans, Supply Chain Finance, SID/PID and Invoice Discounting products.

Understand customer requirements and check basic eligibility, CIBIL and documentation.

Qualify leads and generate quality loan logins.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into applications.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.

Maintain accurate customer and calling records and achieve monthly targets.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 6 months of relevant experience is mandatory.

Experience in Business Loans, Supply Chain Finance, SID, PID or Invoice Discounting.

Strong experience in cold calling on cold data.

Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of CIBIL, banking norms and loan documentation.

Candidates from PaisaBazaar, NBFCs, DSAs, Banking and Fintech companies preferred.

Target-oriented approach with a proven record of lead generation/conversion.
