Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates from company databases, job portals, and lead lists.

• Explain job opportunities, salary, benefits, location, and recruitment process.

• Screen candidates based on client requirements.

• Convince and motivate candidates to proceed with interviews and documentation.

• Follow up with candidates regularly until deployment/joining.

• Maintain daily call logs and update candidate records in the recruitment system.

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and recruiters/clients.

• Handle candidate objections professionally and provide accurate information.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and recruitment targets.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.

• Work closely with the recruitment and operations teams for smooth mobilization.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (preferred).

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Good telephone etiquette and confidence while speaking.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle high call volumes.

Qualifications

• Minimum HSC / Graduate.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

• Prior experience in telesales, customer service, BPO, recruitment, or telecalling will be an added advantage.

• Number of outbound calls made daily.
