📋 Job Description – Telesales Executive (Interior Design)

Role Overview

• Responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and promoting interior design services over phone calls and digital communication channels.

• Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, building trust and interest in the company’s design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Call prospective clients, explain services, and schedule appointments with designers.

• Client Engagement: Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences; provide initial guidance.

• Sales Conversion: Follow up on inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close deals.

• Database Management: Maintain records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM software.

• Coordination: Work closely with the design and site teams to ensure smooth client handover.

• Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

• Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

• Strong customer relationship management abilities.

• Knowledge of interior design concepts and terminology (preferred).

• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th

• Experience: 0-1 years in telesales, preferably in real estate, interiors, or related industries.

• Other: Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
